Hi Doug,

Do ESRI do scanning software? Last time I used their stuff it was high-end Geographic Infomation Systems - ARC/INFO et al. I know their ERDAS package does nice things with images, but generally it's used for displaying geo-referenced aerial photos and satelite images in conjunction with vector-based maps and attribute data.

Ken, have you looked at the Kodak (nee Wang) image controls that ship with Windows? I think there's an example of how to use them from VFP in the files section.
