Craig, with all due respect (and I respect you a lot and I understand you're problably right on this), are you answering for the Fox team?

Additionally, I'm talking about something that is already done,
(UT file#9838, "Multi-threaded VFP application" by Remus Rusanu),
and, also, something that Mike Stewart told us is easy to build for C++ programmers (please see thread#492209), set aside the FoxPro team members.

In other words, I'm asking for MS backing a VFPCOM-alike solution that will allow us to enjoy a first taste of multithreading directly from VFP.
I think it can be done, but if not, it can always come with SP1.

Anyway, I'll prefer to know from the source. Ricardo?
