If there is no Primary Key or unique identifier in the incoming file that can be used to check against existing data. You would have to check each entire line against the data. And add each record individually if it was not found. I assume this is what you want to avoid. Since there is a new file coming every day. You could keep a log of when the files have come in and been entered. When you go to import your file check to see if the process has been done for that day. If so, then just rename it so the other app can use it.
