Andrzej,
No, the only "examples" I have seen are:
1) the one you saw in the FoxPro Advisor article of recent issue;
2) a KnowledgeBase article (MS) by Robert Green discussing a 3-tier example.
As I recollect it, in NEITHER case did the *form* appear - it was strictly database maintenance which was performed by the out-process server.
In my (most) humble opinion, "VFP Automation Servers" are 'not ready for prime-time' yet (that's a phrase implying that they are still in their infancy an have some way to go before they are GENERALLY useful). Another thing one cannot do at this time, for instance, is to pass arrays between them.
I wish you luck. *IF* you are skilled with C and like to dig through lots of (hidden) documentation, I believe that you can accomplish much of what you want, but not within VFP alone.

>Despite my obscure explanations you got my point. More precise speaking: I want the "server process" form to appear in the main window of a controlling application.

>For example I have two VFP apps: one for nutrition management and second for stock management. Both should use common set of stock inventory identificators. In first app they help to make a list of raw materials necessary for making the meals. Second app uses the same identificators for stock management.

>I think I have some solutions:
>1.Make common database for the apps. Both apps should have duplicated form for stock dictionary.
>2.Have two different databases for the apps with redundant tables for stock dictionary.
>3.Encapsulate the stock dictionary data and functionality in activex server which would be used by any application.

>Now I mtrying to implement 3-rd idea.
