My needs are not very sophisticated. Mainly, we want to log the call and relate it automatically to a particular client when we have his caller id. So for example, the client calls and, hop, the system checks in the database for the id; if he found it then he logs it in the database. Also, if possible, I want to pop the client screen automatically.

You said that you have the location of each data. Is there a technical sheet about this somewhere ?
