I had a similar experience a while ago where my application wouldn't get focus after hiding / unhiding it. I used the Win32 FindWindow / SetForeGroundWindow to fix this, as shown above.

Applications that steal focus can be re-enabeled with Tweak-UI for Win2k, it's under the "General" tab. I'm sure this is a registry entry or two, if someone wanted to do this programatically. Tweak-UI is a great tool, IMHO.

On one of the issues raised above... The Microsoft article says that you have to turn the toolbar off. And it's true, the top-level form will have a taskbar entry until you turn off the toolbar (and make the other settings). Why is this? Can Foxpro create a form that acts like the one that appears when you double click the time in the lower right?
