Hmmm...
Can you open up the screen in development and see which fonts are used in the screen set? Perhaps it's using a font that isn't available on her machine and so Windows is substituting as best it can (and doing a lousy job).
You can quickly see which fonts are used in the SCX by doing:
USE blahblah.scx
LIST fontface,fontsize FOR ObjType=23
USE
