I have seen it on this list that a top level VFP program CANNOT be modal. Even if you mark the top level form as modal, it is run as non modal when executed.

The only suggestion is that you create a file using the low level file functions and put text in it that says "OK" or "notOK". Then test for it in you non VFP application to see if the button was pressed.
