When I run beautify I get the right dialog, but
it doesn't modify the code.  I don't know what
has changed, but it's been like this for at least
a couple of months.

I've checke the APP file against another copy that 
runs, and the size and dates are the same, so I feel 
fairly certain that it's not a corrupt APP, but I'm
at a loss as to what it could be.

Can anyone give me a suggestion as to what to check?
