>Fault tolerance is not built into NT Workstation - either upgrade the workstation to NT Server or Win2K Server, which support the fault tolerance mechanisms, or you'll need a controller with it's own support built in; for IDE, Promise Tech makes several that have this feature, but the cost is probably more than a minimal NT Server version, and likely will require you to reformat the existing partition.
