Hi,

I added the RTF control to a system and it works great as long as I am logged in, but when another user logs in, the RTF control does not work... instead they see the formatting codes in the text area, it's not translated correctly.

The users affected are very highly restricted... the application loads at login and the user cannot access anything else, the task bar, start menu, and anything else that we could think of has been restricted.

So could this heavy restriction prevent someone from loading the .ocx file?
