I was thinking that there was either an official place for VFP .DLLs or there were special transaction settings, etc in one of the "pre-made" apps that I "should use".

I guess not, so it would probably be safe to create an MTS package (in NT4) and set it up the way I want it and let it install in a new app under NT4 and Win2K, right?

>I always put them in their own application. The "pre-made" apps that you see in the COM+ MMC may have security and transactional settings that differ from your preferences. Just roll your own and set it up the way you want.
