Ed Gay and Larry Keys posted questions about compatibility between data dictionaries of Stonefield Database Toolkit and Foxfire back in January. They never really got an answer. Chick Bornheim, of Micromega, confirms that Foxfire does not support Doug's DBCX2 standard. Their support people say in the Pre-Sales forum that such support is slated for a "future release." In other words, don't hold your breath.

This seems like such an obvious need, Ed and Larry and I can't be the only ones looking for it. Has anyone else done the grunt work of creating a "translation" utility? It might be worth something to us lazy people! :-)
