In the NT Resource Kit, there is a service called "RemoteProcessKill". Install it on every machine you have, and with the rkill.exe that comes with it you can send the kill signal to the PID (get the PID from the command like tool pulist.exe).

I have had mixed success with it, most times it kills things that can't be killed from the Task Manager, but sometimes not.

I think the Win2K Resource Kit has the same tool.
