Wow! three responses within TWO minutes! Thanks all. No, I have not applied any SP's. Version is 6.00.8167.00. Where can I get the SP's?

Also, Craig: in regards to your response, you suggest deleting files in the TEMP directory. Do you mean the TMPFILES dir or Win2000? Also, there WAS no previous EXE of the project - nor any PJT - the first time I got the error. I'll try deleting everything though, just in case.
