OK, I've d/l'd and installed SP5. Tried it again, and it still bombs BUT, I no longer receive the C0000005 error (which, as it turns out is a Windows err) but rather it just crashes on the build. Now, what's interesting is that the WAIT WINDOW that displays during the build hangs on "Referece: Form SECURITY" but that form is not referenced anywhere in this app AFAIK! I'm going to check the class library but I don't think it's ref'd there either. There is a form called SECURITY in the directory though (which is used in the 'large' app).

Any lightbulbs popping above someone's head?
