And, it's visible in a lot of places in the messages area with the stars, the links, the new reports, the new search option in search, etc. Lots of members have also expressed their feedback on it. Basically, what more do you need?

I'd suggest keeping the announcement at the top position of news for at least two weeks, then bringing back a reminder message at least once a week for a couple of days each time.

Some people log on once every week or two, and probably very few people ever go to the enhancements page, so many may never see the announcement.

I think this enhancement is important enough to give it top billing for awhile.
