Not quite < s >. There is not such RowSourceType as view. I'm sure that what you really meant was RowSourceType = 3-SQL.

Requery('cNames') <<
Since the RowSource is a SQL statement, there is no view to requery. All that is needed is to Requery the combo here.
Also, keep in mind that SQL operates on the contents of the file on disk and does not "see" what is in the buffer. Therefore, if you make changes to the users table and you want the Requery() to "see" them, you have to commit the changes before you requery() the combo.
