I really like AxIcons, but for this think dont work... :(
the 'icons' sent by Hiten are a gif image that contains multiple images inside it, and axicons doesnt support automated parsing of gif into multiple .ico files, i think this job can be done with Photoshop, but is a hard and painfully one!
