* Glad to hear it! Another solution that you may not have heard is a bit simpler, assuming your "mess" has a Zip. Scan the string and just pick up the zip code, then you should automatically know the city and state, you could use a commercial ZIP code database (I know Josh Assing sells a very complete one) to get the answers you need.
