I would contact them to see if they support it under ME. As for the size of the download, hey it's FREE! You could go to http://oraclestore.oracle.com/cec/cstage?ecaction=ecsectview&ecsid=1012&eccookie=&template=decsectview.en.htm and pay $400 and have it sent to you on CD.

I would find a way to download it onto a computer with a high speed connection and a CD burner.
