As I understand it, the power behind Quantum Buffering is Zero Point Energy.
ZPE will enble VFP 7 not only to return results before they are requested, but to use excess power
for the PC itself, the building the PC is residing in, and also to sell the excess power back to the power
company, making VFP 7 a true profit center. Not only does Rushmore return negative values, so does
the electric bill.
