I need to call a menu bar command from code. My situation is when the current focus is in a certain field, Cut and Paste need to be defined by me, and at all other times I would like to use the default FoxPro method for Cut and Paste.

It would be convenient if in the menu bar I could create a procedure that would check to see what control I am on and then conditionally kick off the normal VFP cut and paste command or run my own user defined procedure.
