Be fair :-) If you wanted to know if someone knew VFP or not, you would ask him a question about round manholes? If you wanted ot know if someone was createive or smart, would you ask them about VFP? Nope, there are different questions for both. You can find the creativity questions by the bucket load since you can use them for more than VFP Job Interviews.
