I have a POS program written for a small company.Occasionally the error message "Formset 1< or one of its members>. Parent: Index does not match the table. Delete the index file and re-create the index." appears and the program halts and cannot be run again. The customer has to setup the program and update the data. It works for some time and give the same error some days later. I tested the program in my computer but it works normally. I really do not know how to approach the problem. What are the possible causes of the error? My customer must have done something I have not done to create the error. It is difficult to tell.
