>>>I'm working on a project with another developer, and am at the point where I'd like to have some kind of internet-enabled source code control application; perhaps something that hooks into the project manager. We're stomping all over each other trying to stay in sync.

It is SLOW AS ALL GET OUT over the internet, but that maybe theinternet connects. However it works, we have not had a problem in over a year.

>Hi, Fred. Any ideas what the licensing issues are for sharing VSS in this way? For example....if I have VSS as part of my MSDN subscription or Visual Stuio 6.0 Enterprise, can I share this with other developers who simply have VFP 6.0?

No. The licensing explicitly says you can't do this.

You might want to take a look at the MSDN Enterprise subscription. It isn't that much more expensive than Visual Studio and you get lots more, including:

- All of Office
- All of Backoffice
- All Operating Systems
- SQL Server
- Visual Studio
- Visio
- Miscellaneous SDKS and other things.

It's well worth the price.
