Sounds pretty simple to me.

Move the stuff from the group header to the page header. Make the group header band small, so it doesn't take up much space, if any. Make sure you check "Start Each Group on a New Page"

>My user wants the Group Header to print on each page. He also wants new groups to start on a new page. The Group Header prints the Order No. field and the Order description field that correspond to the detail order records for the group.

>The only pages I have a problem on are the ones where the last detail line for the group were printed on the previous page (A), but the totals in the group footer has to print on the next page (B). In these cases, the Group Header that prints (on B) contains the Order No. and Order Description for the Group that starts on the following page (C) rather than the group that the footer/totals correspond with (A).
