No,and i agree with you, but helps a lot, sometimes people don't think, (and remember i'm a begginer), and that the 'WHEN' i think i never got there.

I have a flexible time to work, normaly i go to work at 2pm at 7pm,then i work at home, and go to bed like 6 or 7 am, so i get time to sleep.
