I have a grid where the user is allowed to add and edit records. I set the AllowAddNew propery to .T. and when the user presses the down arrow key on the last record, a new record is appended. However, this seems to work only when the first field is filled in. If the user enters data in another field and hits the down arrow key, the cursor jumps to the first record. Is this how it is supposed to work? Must the first field be filled in in order to add another record?
