I've been developing web sites using Foxweb for about two years at the University of Michigan, where we have a T1 connection and it is easy to obtain IP addresses and/or domains for servers.

However, I have been corresponding with other FoxPro developers who would like to set up their own servers using the ISAPI server, and need to have access to a server that they can set up on their own. In order to do this, you need preferably--a high speed connection and your own permanent IP address. Do you know of any ISP's that provide connections and IPs without charging an arm and a leg. Most of tbe ISP's I've seen want to charge you a fortune for a dedicated server. Do you know of any that will just provide the connection (cheaply) and the IP address? I am looking in the US and the UK...
