In addition to what Bret said, if you don't have the VBA help installed on your computer, you can get it online:

Make sure the Table of Contents (toc) is showing and navigate down through "Office Developer Documentation", "Office 2000 Documentation", "Microsoft Office 2000 Language Reference", "Microsoft Excel 2000 Reference", "Microsoft Excel Visual Basic Reference", and then click on "Methods", or "Events" or "Properties" or whatever.
