George - Thanks for your efforts, I think I have found this code. Someone asked to know the 12th bday in a month and I think someone (maybe Houston Brennan), used that code inside some code to find the answer.

>Check the files section. There is such a thing that was created by Houston Brennan. Works pretty well. I think it was called FindBusinessDay (at least that is the name of the procedure. Basically you tell it "I want the nth business day of whatever month" You may have to modify it a little bit but Houston has done a huge amount of the dirty work for you.
