The only time that I had anything like this it turned out that I had some special EOF marker earlier in the big .prg. If I remember correctly it had been copy/pasted from a standalone prg to the biggie.

But this wouldn't explain the 'works on one but not another' UNLESS you're using 2 different copies of the source.
