Well, we do move threads from Chatter to technical categories. So, there would be a need to have the flexibility to mark the thread even before we move it. And, since we can readjust, I wouldn't want to define the logic for this.

Also, sometimes, some non technical threads might be as good to mark as non technical threads such as valuable requested information about an upcoming conference or where is the session notes on the Web, etc.
