Basically what I wanted to do was this.
I had a Gif file containing images of icons arranged in a row and column.
My task was to cut the 32x32 Image and save it as an icon. I could not do it throu VFP but I finally got it done via VB and thus the post

I actually made some icons from the gif files that were uploaded by me to the server for all the people who requested it on the UT.

I was talking about images bigger than the screen res coz there were some images which were more than 1200 pixels in height.

Any ways all sorted out now.

If u still cant figure what I am talking about ..
