Than take a look at the MS site.
As I said, I found it in my help file when I create an ActiveX control on some form with MS Graph 2000 and press F1 key. Maybe here is important a version of the control installed.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs
It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
