I tried your suggestion, but it didn't affect the results. There are no Nulls in the file, so I don't think the "where clause" is causing the last record to not be updated. I thought it might be a VFP bug or maybe an environment condition such as memory problems, etc. I was hoping someone could confirm they have had the same behavior and had a work around or knew what was causing it.

I appreciate you suggestion, as I haven't found anything that corrects it myself.
