Hi Guys,

I get the thread messages thru the listserv interface. I usually access the internet ( for e-mail ) thru my shell account which uses 'pine'.

Now, the funny thing is that occassionally, The modems at my ISP and my computer seem to decide that they are tired of the human being on keyboard and decide to do their own intelligent Communication .... so i just sit back and watch while all these funny characters get into the keyboear buffer or whatever.

My apologies all the same . Hope the modems behave ... ....

Michael , can you give a user configurable option so that system can reject e-mail thru listserv interface ??
I usually use the tcp/ip account to post messages, so i can avoid a repeat of this.
