HP Printer 8150 - Printer Codes
My office hard codes all of our printouts and currently runs everything through a Kyocera Printer using Epson emulation. In doing so we use the following line of code to set the foxpro to print in epson emulation.
??? "!R!SEM5;EXIT,E;" && set to epson mode
We are trying to switch the printouts to be able to go to one of our HP printers but have had trouble. We are just getting a new HP 8150 (IT people have it but it won't be installed for another week or so) and currently have a HP 5si, 4si and 3si.
I have looked through the documentation on the 5si and cannot find coding to use to get the printouts to work on the HPs. The issue is it must come out in non-proportional font because there are hundreds of printouts that would not line up correctly on the HP using proportional fonts.
Does anyone have examples of code to use to get non-proportional fonts when using Foxpro on an HP Printer.
Thanks for any assistance. And by the way, this has become urgent because our printer with epson emulation is down the the repairman indicates it may be out for good.
