Visual FoxPro and .NET
VFP can play in the .NET world just fine. You can create Web Services, use SOAP, ADO+, COM+ etc. VFP just isn't a language in the CLR.
I think as long as Calvin Hasia and Randy Brown are around, so will be VFP. The day I hear that neither of them is left at MS on the foxteam, is when I will think that VFP is dieing.

>Not to beat a dead horse, and I'm not picking on VFP, but does anyone have any thoughts on the future of the language? If the world goes the .Net path and VFP is not apart of .Net then aren't VFP developers in trouble? It just seems like MS is starting to phase out VFP.
