"Special Path" Question

In the Command Window of Visual FoxPro, if
you run the command:
? GETFILE()
and select a folder (C:\WINDOWS for example)
and then select a file, the FILE with PATH
will appear on the main VFP Screen.

Now, if you execute that same command again,
this time the last selected folder appears
by default.

Where is that "Special Path" stored and
how can that be retrieved?

By the way, selecting a folder while in
the GETFILE() window does not change the
DEFAULT DIRECTORY or change the FOXPRO PATH.
