Hi again,

After reviewing the WHERE section of my SELECT clause I realized that there was a condition missing there in order to make the tables combination unique. Without this condition the result set was kind of ambiguous so I think the MAX was returning unexpected results.
I have tested it over four or five separate scenarios and now it seems to be working OK.
