I don't know whether I should be overjoyed, yet. However, after several discussions with this board and with Artisoft, I have possibly solved this problem. For the benefit of other board users....

I have received another e-mail from Artisoft advising me to change the CONFIG.SYS file settings to FILES=255. And, miraculously, it works!! Don't ask me! I'm shocked myself. Afterall, I only use 25 files at any one time and I've been setting my file setting to 150 all this while and it didn't work and after changing to 255 it works.

The reason I cannot be overjoyed, yet, is because I've tested at my office after I recreated a similar environment as that of my client's. As my client is remotely located in another country, I can only test on Monday 5 Aug 96.
