Check www.intermedia.net for a virtual server, unlimited traffic, FoxWeb, (and ASP, ColdFusion, and others), unlimited POP3, ODBC, multiple domains, and more starting with their Plab B for $50 a month. I've hosted sites with them for several years and have been happy. (Once they forgot to enable FoxWeb on a server, but it took an one email and it was there.)

By the way, FoxWeb's web site is hosted by Intermedia.net.
