I would advise consulting with an attorney, even in the simplest case. "No-hire" clauses are potential landmines, because each state interprets one's "right to work" differently and you'll want something tailored to your state that will hold up if violated.

BTW, I have seen more "no hire" clauses shot down in disputes than upheld. Tred this water carefully.

We don't want a long drawn out consulting agreement, just the no-hire each other employees agreement. Does anybody have a boilerplate agreement like this, or does anybody know if there is a specific name for this type of agreement?
