Does the beta work on Microsoft Windows® 95?

For the beta, we are not supporting Windows 95. For the release product, we will be supporting Windows 95 for code execution but not for design time. This decision was made to ensure that developers could benefit from the most advanced platform features available in the Visual Studio environment.
