I've used word to create federal forms from inside VFP. Word has a 'Table' feature that helps with output format. You could scan the forms to a bmp, use them as 'wall paper' for your and hang transparent background controls to accomodate input.

Does the IRS have form images you can download. I wunder if turbo tax forms can be used (or read)?
