On the way to work this morning (5:30 AM), I heard that eBay made 12 X more $ the first quarter this year than all of last year. At least someone on the web knows how to make a profit! With all the companies going out of business here in the San Francisco Bay Area, it might be due to selling slightly used computers and office furniture from .COM'ers out of business!

Office space in San Francisco, has gone from $179/square foot average to about $70. Two years ago it was $40 - but the .COMers drove it up. Now we have lots of empty space.
