>well, i think what the trouble is the settings of the Machine, they are usign SMS?, or have an Antivirus in memory with incoming and outcoming ?, how is setting the VIrtual Memory?, your config.fpw is right? you have in this machine?, where is the temp directory? , how files exist in the temp directory?, the disk is defrag?, all issues could be the problem


I'm not sure it is the machine - as get a similar delay on other machines.
Thanks for the suggestions - I'm going to setup the Coverage Profiler to do further checks.
