Windows was a clean install 1 week ago as Win98 1st edition. When I found FRX2WORD didnt work I pur 2nd edition over the top (by renaming win.com & running setup). My only guess is that FRX2WORD doesnt work with Win98 1st edition and the installation of 2nd edition hasnt fixed the problem.
